Goal

Publish a survey and turn its collected answers into a useful summary.

What you’ll have

A workshop survey asks clear questions and saves answers.

Prompt

Collect answers and read them back

Your agent builds the page and checks the result with you.

Needs

  • Your questions and the intended audience.
  • A connected agent and the survey template.

Steps

  1. Questions with a purpose

The agent fills the survey slot and checks its data declaration.

  2. A working form

The published page saves an answer through its own form.

  3. Answers to read

The Data tab shows collected responses; super_data reads them back for the agent.

  4. A summary to keep

The agent summarises actual answers and exports them to a file.

Check it worked

One test submission appears in the Data tab. The agent’s super_data result includes that response, and the export contains the saved answers.

If not

  • No response was saved: The prompt asks the agent to check the declaration and form error.
  • The summary sounds invented: The prompt asks it to use only returned rows and report the count.

Variations

  • The event-rsvp template suits attendance answers.
  • A fresh slug separates the next survey’s responses.
